A quick catch up!

Well guys, Im officially a Blogger, but already missed so many good things that have happened over the passed few months.

So thought it would be nice to recap on some of the events of this year, so you can see what the Bevanator has been up-to!

PRINCE OF WALES at The Ideal Home Show!

As some of you know I was asked to be apart of The Ideal Home Show (London).

The Ideal Home Show is the UK's biggest and best Home & Life Style Event, It returned to the Amazing Earls Court for its 103rd Year. With over 600 Exhibitors offering amazing products, as well as Live Fashion shows,Celebrity Chef Theatre Kitchen and Home Improvement Ideas from great stars.

Whilst showcasing there at the Ideal Women section, I had the chance to preform with some amazing models, Musical Acts & creative people of the fashion industry.

A week or so into the event I had a phone call from one  of the organisers, who informed me that a very special guest will be attending the event. Confused and intrigued about why I had received such a random call, I ask who the person was, I was then informed that the ''Special Guest'' would be the most famous person I would ever meet and that the Ideal Home Show wanted me to create a Dress made of Vegetables, Getting excited about whom the person was I decided to go ahead with the task unknown to me who was going to be coming...

The day before the big event, where I still did not know who was coming to see my Vegetable Dress I get a phone call from the Organisers who were ready to inform me, Thinking about whom this person could be, it hit me! The most famous person I would ever meet.... Its ''Lady Gaga''!

Well.... I couldn't have been more wrong :-)... the anticipation was killing me... when they informed me that I would be meeting ''The Prince of Wales'', Charlie himself!!!

Slaving over 8 hours creating the dress for the Princes visit, As all of you know Vegetables do not last well out of the comfort of a chilled Fridge, so decided i would create the dress the night before (Risky I know... but that's me :-D), Staying awake all night with so many Veg around me, I started to think on what I was going to say to the Prince!

4am hit, the dress was done... after spraying the dress with water decided to catch 40winks (Yes 40minutes of Sleep) before the Drive to Earls Court!!!!!

As you can imagine the drive was horrendous with a huge Veg Cocktail Dress in the back of the Car! but we got there just in time to fit the dress onto the beautiful Model ''Emma Salisbury'' where we were both briefed on the Princes visit.

Standing in the beautiful Ideal Home Show I could see the prince approaching my position, Nervously I turned to Emma (The Model) and said I'm sweating like a pig! which made us both laugh!

The prince came over and shook my hand asking me about my Dress and how I came up with the design.

Prince Charles has the softest hands!

He stood for around 15minutes talking to me and my model, I have to say that he was not only very impressed with how much work had gone into the dress, but he was also a really nice guy, asking questions about who i was and generally interested in learning about me and my Model. So conclude this I have to say ''Charlie your a cool dude!''
